Criminal Record Checks
Volunteers at Pleasant Valley Secondary (coaches, drivers,etc.) who will be unsupervised at any time with students are required to have a Criminal Record Check completed.

Driver Information Form
Volunteer Drivers are required to fill out a Driver Information Form and submit this along with a photocopy of your Driver’s Licence, Vehicle Registration and Vehicle Insurance to the PVS office.
Driver’s Abstract
Volunteer Drivers are also required to submit an updated Driver’s Abstract to the PVSS office. A Driver’s Abstract is a record of your driving history. It lists when your driver’s licence was first issued, plus any driving tickets or other offences you’ve received in the previous five years.
